The company was established in year 1986 by Mr. Suresh Agarwal who was later joint by his two sons- Mr. Vikas Agarwal and Mr. Vinay Agarwal for further assistance. These three gentlemen together add an industrial experience of 30 years to the company.
Mr. Suresh Agarwal started working in the year 1978 dealing in grey fabrics and also owning a small printing factory. He supplied his products to the exporters. With the rise in profits and a larger capital in hand he also started a stitching unit and then slowly converted his business Into a huge export house.
Now, the company is in total charge of the two brothers, Mr.Vikas Agarwal is responsible for Marketing & Procurement operation of the firm and Mr.Vinay Agarwal is responsible for the production.
